How Dues Are Calculated

Amount Due Rule: The report calculates dues from the year a member joined through 2026. A member who joined in 2024 owes KSh 4,100 in total: KSh 500 registration + KSh 1,200 for 2024 + KSh 1,200 for 2025 + KSh 1,200 for 2026. Members who joined in 2025 owe KSh 2,900; members who joined in 2026 owe KSh 1,700.

Membership rules used: New member registration fee is KSh 500. Monthly membership is KSh 100, or KSh 1,200 annually. Where an existing member pays more than KSh 1,200 for a year, the excess is carried forward to the next year.

🎯 OBJECTIVE: To build a ROBA Strategic Investment Fund through voluntary KSh 30 daily contributions. At the end of the year, ROBA Leadership together with the Investment Committee will review the funds and develop suitable investment proposals for members’ approval; if the funds are insufficient for a meaningful investment, contributors may be refunded their contributions. All funds will be used exclusively for approved ROBA investment activities and properly accounted for.
